Parents may seek admission of their child by submitting a prescribed admission form duly filled, (annexed to the prospectus) along with the following documents:

• Three Passport size photographs of the child
• Copy of the Birth Certificate
• Copy of the Immunization Chart
• Copy of the Birth Certificate
  
• Plus one complete set of clothes to be retained in school
